Hydro Bikes in in the heartlands

We were the first place in the whole of Ireland to introduce Hydrobikes to this island, back in 2018.

Hydrobikes are 100% pedal powered, non-polluting, easy to ride, lightweight, safe and stable – weighing up to 54 kgs.. They can be enjoyed by everyone from ages 8 up to 80. They provide fantastic enjoyment while exploring the surrounding areas of the Lough Oughter Lake System.

Pedal Boats

Our sturdily built pedalo Pedal Boats seat 4 people. It guarantees trouble-free usage and great fun for the family. pack a picnic to enjoy when you get there or just spend some quality time exploring the beautiful waterways of County Cavan.

Please note, our pedal boats can seat 4 persons only. Onboard you’ll find four forward facing seats, each fitted with a drain plug to help you stay dry.

Life vests are provided. An electric motor is also available.

KataKanu Boat

Katakanu Boats are basically 2 boats combined as one. They are much more secure and versatile than a standalone craft, as they offer greater stability.

Dragon Boat

Experience all the thrills of a Dragon Boat at Carafin Activity Park. The Dragon boat originates from China and it is ideal for a group activity here in the park. Get onboard, get paddling and enjoy the stunning surrounds of the Cavan Lakelands.

Hot Dog Towable Tube

Hot Dog is a 3 person towable tube that maximizes the fun.

Families and friends love to enjoy this silly barbeque-inspired hot dog tube all summer long. But don’t be fooled: this hot dog means business. You’ll have the time of your life on this “water weenie” designed for ages 8 years and up.

Row Boat Rentals

Row boats are small, light, and are durable pieces of craft.

Be your own captain, and command your own boat, in this one-person sized raft. If you wish to relax, sit back, exercise and enjoy nature then this is for you.

However, if you want to go with a friend and compete to see who can row the fastest, then these boats are also for you!

Boat Sightseeing Tours

Boat sightseeing tours around Inishmore island, Clough Oughter Castle and Killykeen Forest Park are also available at various times of the year. Please contact us for availability and pricing. Note: booking is essential, at least 24 hours in advance! Boat Tours are subject to suitable water levels. If water levels are too low, then Boat Tours will not operate.
