When visiting Carafin Activity Park it’s important to make sure you’re prepared in advance to avoid disappointment. Please read the information below.

We want you to have a great day out at Carafin Activity Park. To make sure that happens, here are some of the things you should bring along with you:

Spare socks
Hat and sunglasses
Hand sanitizer
Poncho
Refillable water bottle
Snacks
Rucksack
Sunscreen

Need to know
Visitors must be at least 1.2 metres in order to be permitted to do take part in the Activity Park.
You must weigh a minimum of 20kg and your weight be no greater than 120kg to use the facilities in the park.
Adults must sign the waiver agreement before they can use the facility.Please note, this can be done online here.
All children under the age of 16 must have a parent/guardian to sign an indemnification agreement before they can use the facility.
All visitors must attend a 15-minute safety talk prior to using the facilities in the park. If a customer has pre-booked and misses the safety talk, they will not be able to participate and must re-book a future time.
Visitors using our facilities must adhere completely to the training and advice given by the course instructors. Carafin Activity Park will not tolerate any misuse of the equipment or any dangerous activities due to its nature.
You may cancel your booking up to 24hrs before the booked time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24hrs are non-refundable.
Participants must be dressed appropriately for safety reasons. Open-toe shoes or slip off shoes are not permitted. Long hair must be tied back.
Waists must be covered and loose or baggy clothing is not deemed suitable for safety reasons.
